Website Terms of Use

Last updated 12 September 2026. Version 1.3.

1. Who we are

This website, kinmeadow.com, is run by Northern Tech Hub Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16428857, with its registered office at Ground Floor, Radley House, Richardshaw Road, Leeds, LS28 6LE. "We" and "us" mean Northern Tech Hub Ltd. "You" means anyone visiting the site.

You can reach us at notices@your-family.app.

2. What these terms cover, and what they do not

These terms cover your use of the pages on this website: what Kinmeadow is, our published legal documents, help pages and anything else we put here to read.

They do not cover the Kinmeadow app or the signed-in web app. Using Kinmeadow, on a phone or in a browser, is governed by our Terms of Service, with our Subscription Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. Where this page appears to conflict with those documents, those documents win. Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with personal data.

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

3. No cookies, no analytics, no trackers

Worth stating plainly, because it is unusual.

This website sets no cookies. It runs no analytics. It loads no third party scripts. We do not know how many people visited a page, where they came from or what they clicked. There is no tracking pixel, no advertising tag and no consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to. Fonts are served from our own site rather than from a font provider, so loading a page here does not tell anybody else you were here.

Our servers keep ordinary technical logs, including IP addresses, for security. Those are covered by our Privacy Policy.

4. Our content

The text, layout, design, graphics, the Kinmeadow name and our logos are owned by us or licensed to us, and protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property law.

You may read our pages, print a copy for yourself, link to us, and quote a short extract if you say it came from us and link back.

You may not copy a substantial part of the site, republish it, sell it, put it behind your own branding, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you. You may not use anything from this site to build or train a machine learning model.

5. Using the site properly

Please do not try to break into the site or the systems behind it, introduce a virus or anything else designed to cause harm, attack the site or put it under load it was not built for, scrape it in bulk or run an automated tool that degrades it for other people, or misrepresent who you are when you contact us.

Serious misuse of a computer system is a criminal offence in the UK under the Computer Misuse Act 1990, and we will report it. We may also block your access.

If you find a security problem, please tell us at support@your-family.app rather than making it public, and give us a reasonable chance to fix it.

6. Accuracy, and not relying on this site

We take care over what we publish, but the site is general information. Prices, features and plan limits change, and a page may be out of date by the time you read it.

Nothing on this site is professional advice, and nothing on it is a contractual offer. What Kinmeadow does, and what it costs, is what is shown in the app and in the app store at the moment you buy. Please do not make a decision that matters to you on the strength of a web page alone. If something is unclear, ask us.

7. Links to other sites

Where we link to somebody else's website, we do it because we think it will be useful. We do not control those sites, we do not check them, and we are not responsible for what is on them or what they do with your data. Once you follow a link, that site's terms and privacy policy apply, not ours.

8. Availability

We do not promise the site will always be available or free of faults. We may change it, suspend it or withdraw a page at any time, without notice. Our published legal documents are the exception: previous versions are kept, as our Privacy Policy explains.

9. Our responsibility to you

We do not exclude or limit our liability where the law does not allow it, including death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, and your non-excludable rights as a consumer. Our liability for those is unlimited.

Subject to that, we are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our failure to use reasonable care and skill in running this site. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, and, because this site is provided for private use, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.

Where you use Kinmeadow itself, section 13 of our Terms of Service applies instead of this section, including the cap set out there. These website terms neither add to that cap nor reduce it.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.

11. Which law applies

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring proceedings where you live. If you live in the EEA, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country you live in and can bring proceedings in its courts. Nothing here takes that away.
